Keco Coatings and AirTrim have announced a partnership to provide enhanced adhesive material handling in trim matrix systems for the printing, packaging and label industries.

Keco offers a compehensive portfolio of coating applications for the printing and packaging industry, including Teflon, and Keco has extended its portfolio to include a coating application for trim matrix system ductwork. The attributes of the Teflon-coated duct will enhance the performance of the trim matrix system, by preventing the build-up of adhesives, which causes reduced airflow.

Through this new partnership, Keco will apply the Teflon application to the ductwork of AirTrim’s silicone mist system, providing better adhesive material removal with less downtime. Keco Coatings and AirTrim will jointly launch an enhanced trim matrix system for the printing and packaging industry next month at Labelexpo.
